Job Description - Manage DLP solution

• Perform testing for DLP use cases and fine tune DLP rules
• Perform fine tuning of rules / configurations as required by IndiGo
• Ensure solutions are not running older than n-1 version
• DLP monitoring
• DLP Operations and Maintenance:
  
  • DLP incident monitoring and escalation to IndiGo management as per the standard procedure
  • Evaluate incidents, escalations, responses and accordingly review and modify the list of authorized exclusions (whitelist) across all DLP policies
  • Evaluate false positives and false negatives, fine tune the data protection policies to correct the errors
  • Review overall feedback and exceptions
  • Perform regular fine-tuning of DLP console
  • Create new rules / fingerprinting as required by IndiGo
  • Assess the applicable regulations and risk and privacy requirements (both external and internal) and accordingly design DLP rules for the same
    
    
• Enhancements:
  • Develop and continuously enhance processes that are required for effective use of the tool/ technology
  • Incident response process
  • Reporting and escalation process
  • Event management process
  • Incident management tracking and process from detection to closure
  • Install end user awareness through response mails, case studies etc.
  • Track outstanding product issues, feature request, etc.
  • Suggest new features or enhancements for improving the product deployment

  • Incident distribution across business verticals
  • Team Performance
  • Create executive dashboards / presentations which capture the overall state of the data loss prevention function leveraging KPIs tracked
