• Oversee the SOC team, including security analysts(L1/L2/L3), engineers, and other cybersecurity professionals.
• Experience in managing Security incidents, SLA’s. KPI’s
• Set priorities, allocate resources, and ensure the team is well-trained and equipped
• Develop and manage incident response protocols.
• Conducted regular reviews of security incidents and performance metrics.
• Lead the team in responding to security incidents, ensuring timely and effective resolution
• Maintain clear communication with client stake holders and senior management.
• Provide regular updates and reports on security status and incidents
• Implement improvements to enhance the organization's security posture"
