Job Description:
- Handling Support tickets
- Service monitoring
- Interacting with customers and work till the closure of the issues
- To work with cross functional teams in day to day activities
- Planning & carrying out maintenance activities
- Sharing monthly/weekly reports with customers
- Willing to work in odd hours
- Ability to handle multiple projects
Skills Required:
- Good knowledge in Windows & Linux
- Shell Scripting
- Knowledge in SQL & MongoDB
- Basics in Networking
- Knowledge on web servers
- Basic knowledge on Docker and its commands
- Any cloud technology will be added advantage
- Good troubleshooting skills
- Strong Communication Skills
- Strong customer service ethos
