Job Description:
- Lead and plan all related support activities for CoE in support with Ops manager & Delivery Manager
- Ensure completion of all assigned delivery for PMO
- Support Ops manager on review of technical plans, diagrams, documentations, SOP’s created by delivery teams
- Assist teams in proposing technical solutions
- Need to also work operationally at project(s) level with leads to keep track of status of project activities, timelines
- Track status as opposed to the plan/Sprint on daily/weekly basis
- Update Lead/Managers on the status & KPI’s on weekly basis
- Highlight challenges to appropriate authority within time (at minimum weekly) so that the risk can be managed
- Managing delivery escalations along with project leads as 1st level of contact
- Monitor project and operations deliverables and report on the status to Management/Key Stakeholders
Desired Profile:
- Prior exp. in managing infrastructure projects in a technical role or should have prior exp. in network security or risk management roles within InfoSec
- Should also have exp. in driving, planning or being part of big infrastructure deployment projects
- Should have prior exp. in ITIL implementations (ITIL certification & implementation knowledge is preferred)
- Knowledge on Scrum and Agile methodology is preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills including mentoring, coaching, collaborating, and team building
- Strong knowledge and understanding of business needs with the ability to establish/maintain high level of customer trust and confidence
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- PMP/Network security/Infra security certification is an added advantage
