• Ensuring CSAT, conducting periodic governance meeting with customers and ensuring closure of actionable.
• Manage client escalations and ensure corrective/preventive actions.
• Ensuring Growth of the accounts being managed – upsell & cross-sell.
• Involve in practice & service capability building initiative.
