Job Description:
- 5+ yrs of Experience in managing, operating, and running incident management and team management for in-house customers
- Overall responsibility on Incident management
- Overall responsibility on meeting up SLA defined and ensuring Quality delivery
- Reports to IT Security Committee and periodic reviews with the committee
- Review changes to the process / procedures / formats and get approval the same
- Recommending the annual training calendar for all SOC team members
- Responsible for smooth and efficient incident management operation
- Resource management
- Shift schedule management
- Good communication and inter-personal relationship skills
- Excellent team management skills
- Experience in information security operations
