Strategy and Design

We conduct a visibility exercise to understand the business and regulatory environment. We study business processes from Information usage and Personal Information Security. Based on our assessment, we implement a customized version of the DSCI Data Privacy Framework (DPF) customized to the companies operating environment.

Control and Integration

We assist the organization in deploying various data privacy technologies such as Information Risk Management (IRM) and Data Leakage Prevention (DLP) to protect the flow of private data. We also conduct privacy workshops in the organizations and provide them with project management expertise for implementing the necessary controls of the DPF.

Sustenance and Optimization

Once the framework is implemented, we conduct privacy health-check exercises regularly to assess the state of privacy in the organization. We also conduct privacy trainings on a regular basis and deploy a privacy incident-monitoring program to limit the impact of privacy breaches.
