As the CEO of Aujas, Srinivas is responsible for setting Aujas Strategy and Vision, building the team, capital allocation and managing investor relationships.

Prior to co-founding Aujas, Srinivas worked at Cisco Systems as Director of Marketing Management. He also worked at Network Solutions in various senior leadership positions and was instrumental in scaling it from an early stage entity to a medium-sized company, before it was acquired by IBM Global Services. He has also worked in various executive leadership roles with Microland, a leading Indian IT service provider.

As the COO & CTO of Aujas, Sameer is responsible for creation, engineering and delivery of Information Risk Management services to clients. In addition, he is also responsible for the day to day running of the business to ensure that operational targets and objectives are met.

Prior to Co-founding Aujas, Sameer worked at Fidelity Investments as Director of Service Development & Solutions. Earlier, he worked at Cisco Systems, establishing and managing Cisco's Global Services Practice in India. He also has worked with Hewlett Packard, heading the networking, security and managed services practice and in various executive leadership roles with Microland, a leading Indian IT service provider.

Prior to Co-founding Aujas, Navin worked at IBM Global Services as the Country Business Manager for Infrastructure Management Services business, and was responsible for the India market. He also worked at Network Solutions, handling sales and marketing of the Managed services division, and has been involved with business development at Microland, a leading Indian IT service provider.

Karl is a seasoned professional with extensive experience and expertise in many aspects of information risk management, internal audit, regulatory and compliance programs, information security and technology risk management. Karl carries over 24 years experience in the industry from both, the government and private sectors serving domestic and international clients.

Prior to Aujas, Karl worked at Adams Harris as Managing Director and was responsible for growth of the organization. He also worked for Huron Consulting in the Corporate Governance practice, Jefferson Wells as Global Head of Technology Risk Management and also worked at KPMG in the Information Risk Management practice in NY /NJ.
