Aujas was co-founded by Srinivasa Rao, Sameer Shelke and Manjula Sridhar in 2008. Aujas received seed funding of $3 million from IDG Ventures India (www.idgvcindia.com). |

Srinivas Rao is co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Aujas Networks, a pure-play digital security services company. Rao co-founded Aujas Networks in February 2008 after over 20 years of experience in the technology industry.
Prior to co-founder Aujas, Rao served as the Senior Vice President – Market Management at Cisco Systems and also served as the Chief Operating officer at IBM Netsol.
Previously, he worked at Network Solutions as their Executive Director, where he was instrumental in scaling it from an early stage entity to a medium sized company, before it was acquired by IBM Global Services. He has also worked as a senior executive with Microland, a leading Indian IT service provider.
Rao holds a B.E. from Osmania University and an MBA from IIM, Bangalore. |

Sameer Shelke, Co-founder & COO |

Sameer Shelke is co-founder and Chief Operating officer of Aujas Networks, a pure-play digital security services company. Sameer co-founded Aujas Networks after 15 years of experience in the IT and Security industry.
Prior to joining Aujas, Sameer served as the Director at Fidelity Investments, the world's largest independent fund management organization, developing technology services for portfolio companies
Previously, he was with Cisco Systems as their Head – Global Services Practice and with HP as their Practice Head – Security and Management services. He has also worked as a senior executive with Microland, a leading Indian IT service provider.
Sameer has completed many professional certifications including CISA, CISSP, CISM, ITIL Masters and BS7799 Lead Auditor. He holds a B.E. from University of Pune and has done his Executive Management program from IIM Bangalore. |

Ms. Manjula Sridhar, Co-founder & CTO |

Manjula Sridhar is co-founder and Chief Technology officer of Aujas Networks, a pure-play digital security services company. Manjula co-founded Aujas Networks in February 2008 after a decade of experience in the telecom industry.
Prior to joining Aujas, Manjula served as the “Entrepreneur-in-Residence” at IDG Ventures India, a US$150 Million early-stage technology venture capital fund backed by IDG, the world’s largest IT-focused media company.
She was the founder of Virefree, a wireless security startup. Previously, she served as Engineering Manager at Lucent in the US & India and has also worked with Bosch Telecom.
Manjula was awarded the Bell Labs President Gold award, the Lucent Innovator award and was also appointed as the Distinguished Member of Technology (DMTS) for Lucent. She has filed many patents in wireless security and network management areas.
Manjula holds a B.E. from University of Mysore, a M.S (Network Security) from IIT Chicago and has done her Executive Management program from IIM Bangalore. She is also a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) |

Shailendra Mishra, Senior Vice President – Sales, India & Middle-East |

Shailendra Mishra is the Senior Vice-President – Sales for India and Middle East Aujas Networks, a pure-play digital security services company. Shailendra Mishra has joined Aujas with over 18 years of experience in Sales & Services Business Management. He has significant experience in driving Services business strategy, Business development & Sales including Channels (Eco System Partners).
Prior to joining Aujas, Shailendra was heading Business Development at Datacraft India Limited, Asia’s leading Independent Systems Integrator. He was responsible for expanding the Managed Services Business across the Indian sub-continent, including Managing Service Alliances for over 7 years. Previously he was with Zenith Computers Limited as their Head of Services Business and responsible for transforming the division into a profit center. He also served for over 9 years in various positions at Siemens Limited.
He is an Electronics Engineer with a MBA from Mumbai University.

Navin Kotian, Vice President – Marketing and Product Management |

Navin Kotian is the Vice-President – Marketing and Product management at Aujas Networks, a pure-play digital security services company. Navin joined Aujas Networks after a decade of experience in the IT Services industry.
Prior to joining Aujas, Navin served as the Country Business Manager at IBM Global Services, the world's largest IT Services company, responsible for the IMS business in the SMB market. Previously, he was with Network Solutions as their Business Manager for Managed Services and was also responsible for Marketing. He has also worked with Microland, a leading Indian IT service provider.
Navin holds a B.E. in Computer Science and holds an MBA from Mumbai University. |
