Aujas streamlines Digital Identity Management for a Fortune 500 Oil and Gas giant
One of the largest Oil and Gas companies was using a heterogeneous IT setup to manage more than eleven thousand employees and contractors. The organization required a solution for assured orphan account removal, and for making the IT operations more efficient by automating User Provisioning process. Aujas designed a solution for Identity Provisioning and created adapters for integrating legacy and closed source applications that helped in reducing the turnaround time for access provisioning from a few days to few minutes. It also eliminated ghost accounts and reduced helpdesk cost as users got self-service capability to address their routine identity requirements.
Aujas helps leading Industry Conglomerate to manage digital identities across group companies
An leading industry conglomerate with more than fifty group companies needed to consolidate their core applications & user identities across all group companies and establish a unique and universal ID for all users. The Aujas team linked all enterprise access with SAP HR data source and integrated applications like SAP HRMS, SAP R/3, SAP BI, Cisco Voice, Lotus Notes, Active Directory and associated applications; building custom adapters where needed. The solution allowed efficient reconciliation of accounts across applications and discovered numerous erroneous accounts which were removed enhancing the security.

The client had challenges in managing digital identities for 10000 employees across 30 core applications, including legacy ones like LifeAsia. They wanted a solution which would help them automate the user-life cycle management across all applications and simplify the entitlement attestation process. Aujas helped the client implement IBM Tivoli Identity manager and IBM Tivoli Access manager and provided functionality such as single sign-on, self service for password reset, automatic provisioning and de-provisioning of identities. The project helped the client reduce helpdesk calls by almost 70%.
