| Dr. C.S.Rao, Managing Director, Intel (India, South Asia & Middle East) |

Dr. C. S. Rao is an industry veteran with a career experience of over 25 years in various Management functions, spanning Telecom, R&D and Technology. He is currently the Managing Director at Intel and also spearheads the company’s the Wimax Program 2008 initiative. His career spans successful stints with large blue chip companies like British Telecom (India), Lucent India as the Managing Director and Tellabs India as President and CEO. He was also among the core team of founders at CDOT and currently is the Chairman of the WIMAX forum, India Chapter.
Some of his career highlights include - pioneering the concept of 21st century network for BT India, the first ever nationwide MDN network launch in India and playing a significant role in the first ever ISDN in India in 1989. He was also responsible for the roll out of the first largest CDMA Network in India for 30 million subscribers at Reliance telecom. He established a $2Bn (Rs 8000 crore) Telecom Network Infrastructure in India through Tellabs(USA), Lucent (USA) and BT (USA).
He has won various accolades and awards for his contributions such as the Business leadership award from ASSOCHAM, NRDC award from the President of India, Innovation, Leadership and Achievement award from Tellabs and Lucent USA.

| Mr. Lalit Sawhney, Management and IT Consultant |

Mr. Lalit Sawhney is a well-respected veteran of the IT industry, with over 30 years of experience in the areas of IT Management for leading companies including Hindustan Lever and Reliance Communications. Currently he works as an independent Management and IT Consultant.
From 2006 to Jan-2008, Lalit served at the Managing Director for Creative IT India, setting up the company, built around domain expertise in Retail and Distribution, and is focused on ERP solutions, Infrastructure consulting and IT Governance.
From 2001 to 2006, Lalit served as the Senior Vice President, Enterprise Business for Reliance Communications, one of India’s leading Telecom Service providers.
Prior to joining Reliance Communications, Lalit served as the Head, Information Systems for Hindustan Lever for 17 years. At Hindustan Lever he led the IT function for all Unilever Companies in India, including Associate Companies and Joint Ventures and was responsible for initiating alignment of IT and business strategies and developing strategies for Electronic Commerce and E-tailing.
In 1998 Lalit was recognized as the IT Man on the Year by Computerworld. He also was awarded the Rapid Achiever Award for large-scale ERP implementations in 1998 by QAD Inc. USA. He has served as the President of the Computer Society of India from 2005-2007.
He is currently the Chairman, Marketing Committee of the International Federation of Information Processing. He also serves on the Advisory Board for Zensar Technologies, Agro Tech Food, Interlace and Manthan Software.

| Mr. M. S. Rangaraj, Chief Technology Officer, KVH Co. Ltd. |

Mr. Rangaraj (MSR) is an industry veteran with over 28 years of experience in R&D, Systems Integration and Technology Management functions in the IT Area.
Since April 2007 MSR has been the CTO at KVH and is responsible for the company’s technology directions. He joined Fidelity Business Services India Ltd. in 2005 as Vice President, Technology Services, where he helped set up the offshore services support function for KVH Co. Ltd. of Tokyo, Japan. KVH was established by Fidelity Investments in 1999 as an Asia-Pacific provider of integrated telecommunications and IT managed services.
Prior to joining KVH Mr. Rangaraj was CTO of Nirvana Business Solutions, a next generation business process outsourcing company. He was responsible for defining and executing technology strategy, technology infrastructure and the technical support business.
From 1992 to 2002, he served as the CTO and later as the Group CTO for Microland Limited, one of India's leading managed services and system integration companies. He was engaged in defining the technology strategy as well as building a technology services organization.
From 1988 to 1992, he served as Head of Research & Development for TVS Electronics Ltd., where he focused on networking solutions.
Previously he was engaged in system architecture design for computing & storage systems as part of the Research & Development team of Processor Systems India (currently ProcSys).

Charbel Bachaalani is the Director, Outsourcing services for Bombardier Aerospace, a world leader in the design and manufacture of aviation products and services. He has over 23 years of experience in the aerospace and transportation industry.
Charbel has held various senior executive positions with Bombardier spanning Engineering, to Quality Assurance, Regional Jet Customer Support and Program Management for new product development. For the last five years he has led the ITO and BPO outsourcing development plans for Bombardier.
Charbel is a Graduate in Mechanical Engineering and holds an MBA. |
| Mr. M. Chandrasekaran, Corporate Advisor, Manipal Education and Medical Group |

M Chandrasekaran (Shekar) is Corporate Advisor to the Manipal Education and Medical Group. He is also an advisor to 3i Infotech Ltd., a part of the ICICI Bank group, and to IDFC PE and Blue River Capital. He is on the Board of Manipal Education and Medical Group, 3i Infotech (Singapore) Pte Ltd., Ujwal Management Services Ltd., Merittrac Services Pvt. Ltd. and Sical Logistics. In the past, he has also been involved with various other companies and institutions.
Shekhar has been a mentor to start-ups in the Venture Capital field and to Software technology companies. He is the Founder and Executive Chairman of the technology start up - Impulsesoft Pvt. Ltd., a provider of short range wireless solutions, which was acquired in 2005 by SiRF Technologies, a NASDAQ listed company. He was also associated with the VC industry in India as a member of the Senior Advisory Board of ChrysCapital (2001-03).
Shekhar was the Founder Director of Aztec Software and Technical Services Ltd., a publicly listed company providing services to the Data Mining market and stepped down in 2003 after 7 years as a Board member.
From 1997- 2002, he was the Corporate Advisor to Sasken Communication Technologies Ltd., another post-IPO company that is 3500 people strong, developing software and IP for the telecom sector. Previously he was the Executive Director of Aditi Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and has also has served as full-time advisor to Microland Ltd. (1992-95).
Shekar was one of the prime movers of the PGSM program for working IT professionals, and the Advanced Management Program in Management at IIMB . He has also been a guest faculty at IIMB. Additionally, he was a member of the core group formed by the Government of Karnataka to assist in the setting up of the Indian Institute of Information Technology, Bangalore.
Shekar is an Engineer from the College of Engineering, Guindy and has an MBA from the IIM, Ahmedabad. |
